My love for cooking began at an early age. I loved the smells coming out of my "Nanas" kitchen. Everything she made was fresh, everything was homemade, vegetables were picked from "Pops" garden which was his pride and joy. My Dad, he was the king of the grill and an accomplished cook in his own right. I watched, I learned, I listened.

My love for BBQ came next. Living in NC you cannot help but have BBQ sauce in your veins. Once you have had good NC BBQ, nothing else will cure that craving. My BBQ is a result of the lessons I learned from my family, and days spent perfecting the flavors and techniques that will make you want to come back for  more. Its not just BBQ, its an experience.

I have been cooking BBQ for over 20 years. What started as entertaining family and friends, to neighborhood cookouts, to functions for employers, led us to starting our own catering business and sharing our love for good BBQ with others.
